Old old news........

If you read the complete report you will see that it was simply a nit picking customer not wanting to pay for a small amount of work that went above the estimate.
I am a small business owner and know that there is a small percentage of customers that will never be satisfied.

This is a small cross to carry and is carried by every business owner.

The customer is NOT always right.
