I think you are right and NO RS will happen in near future. Dez and Jason jacked us all up with CONFIDENCE with the Conference Call and they are NOT going to undo all the good they did with a RS just because some lawyer (who probably has no stock) suggests it. That is where leadership would come in and Dez and Jason have leadership in spades! So NO RS - maybe when we uplist to OTCBB. Anyone who waits for Wednesday to find out will miss the cheapies.
