Got my sctoch for this evening as well.
Got 3 bottles. heheheh
Going to try a few drinks from each bottle.
I have never tried these ones yet, always waiting for a good reason to try the upper end stuff but haven't had a real good reason as of yet and getting tired of waiting, so at least after this weekend I'll know what each of the following tastes like and since I can sample all 3 at the same time I'll know which one I like the best and will buy it again when there is something real to celebrate.
Picked up the following:
Lagavulin 16 yr
Talisker 10 yr
Cragganmore 12 yr
I've heard from a number of people that Lagavulin and Talisker are real good but never heard anything about Cragganmore before.
Will try them out while watching 24 and when the better half nods off (which she always does watching TV on a Friday evening) I come back a post which one I personally think is the best.
Any comments regarding sctoch from any scotch drinkers out there will be more than welcome.
I've been drinking alot of Glenlivet on the weekends, as I find this the most resonable one to drink price wise since I tend to drink alot. One of these days going to cut back. At least I stopped drinking everyday which is what I was doing for a couple of months straight after coming back from vaction. Finally broke that bad habit.
