I'm not implying any scam whatsoever. I'm saying that to reduce my shares at any time, in any company, for whatever reason, without a pro rata reduction in the A/S, is a dilution in voting power and a dilution in equity. Those remaining A/S can be issued and sold; and when they are, your voting control and equity has been diluted. Your ownership is to be viewed in juxtaposition to the A/S, not the O/S.
