What you say is technically correct, but in reality it doesn't happen, you lose your shares and it is supposed to keep the same total value, but the PPS drops after a few days and finally shareholder is the loser.
How many companies you wanna me to name? RCTY, SMMW, NNGY , and ....., I just hope this is not true about ECFL
