Help me understand this review.
If NEOM files a rebuttal to the claims made...it is up to the examiner to find fault with the patents? If they don't file a rebuttal, then the examiner just goes off the eff's claim?
It seems that the gobbly-gook that was written was done in circles, so would the outcome just depend on where you jumped on or off? Kind of like a special election or referendum question that are so twisted, that if you are for something, you actually need to vote against it? Just because of the way it is worded...
I thought that the eff had 100 plus items in their claims. What happens if there are 2 or 3 or 4 things in it that get ruled in their favor versus the other 90 plus things that get shot down?
