Nilremerlin - My expectations of a company:

To accurately reflect current & past performance and the significant events affecting those results. To provide conservative guidance as to future events and a general strategy as to how these results will be achieved.

In the case of GTEM.PK - a company with absolutely, positively zero Street credibility I expect more. Moreover, my "wish list" is unrealistic in one area - "a current financial statement"....clearly they can not provide this until past financials are complete.

I suggest you perform some historical DD concerning companies in the IPP industry (post Enron / California Energy Crisis) - you'll find companies like RRI & WMB communicated to their various stakeholders on a frequent basis regarding their efforts to survive and ultimately grow their respective concerns.

Nil - you got what you paid for...you bought a penny stock chock full of plans to change the telecommunications / financial services playing fields....that lacked the talent and capital to pull it off...then only to succumb to the temptation of believing their own hype with little regard as to the consequences.

Look at it another way(now) and when I post this Just Frank will surely delete:

Please name one company that Kostro and Leinwand have previosuly been involved with where the stakeholders are better off today then before they walked in the door. Just one!!!
