To alter my opinion of GTEM.PK would require the following (in no particular order)

#1) That all revenue projections / absorption predictions on the No Mas Cables website have in fact been met. And that an independent auditor has conducted an audit to validate all projections.

#2) A copy of the T E A M I N G Agreement between GTEM.PK & Elrisa - showing scope, timelines, etc.

#3) A current financial statement.

#4) A detailed plan showing how all outstanding debts / default judgments will be remedied and when.

#5) A complete disclosure of all GTEM.PK insider transactions over the last 36 months.

#6) The ability to seek deposition from all past Board members.

#7 The immediate expansion of the BOD - with out the input of the current BOD.

#8 Complete access to all company emails for the last 36 months.

That would be a good start Mide Man.
