Cole...let's put aside the potential insurance fraud and the SEC investigation and examine GTEM.PK's current default judgments - City of Los Angeles and Wells Fargo...it's a logical assumption that both entities will win a court order to have GTEM.PK confess what if any assets they have. How any knowledgeable investor can "make the jump" past this one is beyond me. But then we gotta consider the vaunted T E A M I N G Agreement.
