Their vision sounds good.

if you can't dream and believe you can't achieve ;) a vision if needed as the first step and they have that so far and thats a very positive sign. but a lot of ppl who dwell in the past tend to live in it and watch the future go by and never jump on the train of success cause they are too busy dwelling on losses and bad memories and starring at their feet, instead of picking their head up and moving forward.

Good luck to you in all your investments in the future if you don't like this one, don't advise other ppl how to invest their money. if your a licensed broker stick to your clients cause thats what you get paid for :)
