D & O insurance excludes, why not proffer an opinion as to whether you think there was "reckless conduct"? My opinion, is that everything Wave said and did was above board. The fact that Ellen screwed up, is really what's at issue here, and if you've paid attention, that Reuters correction in December was a tacit admission of that. The mere fact that the suits are ALL FLAWED in their statements regarding IBM, renders them moot. Also, there have been some big positions accumulated in the last six weeks, and I think that kind of money is fairly sure these suits, and the SEC, will amount to nothing. JMO.
