Linda it does not matter if Capt Joe made Wilf a liar or not. He is Wilfs responibility. So when you run a company you have to take responsibility for what your employees do and don't do. So that being said its still Wilfs fault in my mind. Capt Billy seems like a hard worker and has intelligent posts on here when he posts. So from what little I know of him that sounds like a good plan Linda. Fire Joe and promote Billy if Billy wants all the responsibility.
