These are some wild theories of mine... could be wrong: First 6 stores already financed so share value is already maybe 6.5 cents based on industry multiplier of 65 - 3.5 cents even if half of that. And Dez may have money cuz people were paying 22c to 33cents per share last summer. And even I have 10,000 shares that I ofrgot about that I pais 22 cents for so many other investors may be waiting for high prices to sell thus cutting effective trading float. Just theories - nothing more. (imho) BUT if 6 stores are up by Christmas and ALL are already FINANCED then our share valeu should be good. imho
