I still don't see it trading above .01 and holding . With the 2.2 billion shares at .01 gives the company a value of $22 million dollars . I also do not see how or why a company would reverse merge into ECFL and leave Desmond the CEO while the others get none of the shares that Desmond has set aside for himself . They will either increase the share count to cover shares for the brothers (which is what I think is going to happen) or Desmond will have to give up some of his shares to them . In neither situation would the brothers actually buy shares from the open market while Desmond is sitting on half of the company value with his shares .
