WALSH-here is that post you were talking about, and may I also add, that the companies we have purchased controlling interest in, surely wouldn't give over control of their hard earned business to a company if they thought the SEC case had any true grit to it !! Here's that post:

mattfromihub....if Phan is indeed gone....

then his removal from the company should be a Plus, especially if he was guilty of some wrongdoing. If HRCT is under new management then investor confidence should be restored, especially given the fact the company has been doing some very positive things the last couple of quarters, which should only serve to greatly improve its bottom line.

So many people here (who actually may be only one or two people posting under different alias) condemn Hartcourt itself for the actions of one individual, Phan (who is no longer with the company).

Reasoning and Logic would bear this simple question and is something for all here to think about (especially before condemning this company's future).......

WHY WOULD HARTCOURT BE PUTTING SO MUCH EFFORT THE PAST TWO QUARTERS INTO THE GROWTH AND PROGRESS OF THE COMPANY THROUGH ACQUISITIONS AND NEW MANAGEMENT (AFTER THE SEC CIVIL COMPLAINT BECAME PUBLIC), IF THE COMPANY ITSELF DID NOT FEEL THEY HAD A BRIGHT FUTURE AND CHANCE FOR SUCCESS..????

It would make absolutely NO SENSE for a company to work hard towards progress, growth, and success if it's current managmeent felt it's future was in any sort of danger or jeopardy!!!

The future of HRCT should be very bright imo!
