"no 3g agreement with S/E is grinding me" - it is grinding me too. So, what is the holdup? Are the Nok arbitration and the indemnification reasonable causes for the lack of new 3G licenses?

Why has IDCC not initiated further litigation to bring 3G infringers to the table? Does IDCC have a full plate of litigation at the moment? Is there something to gain and no harm from waiting much longer to close 3G deals or initiate litigation?

Are we waiting until most of the remaining incentive stock options are granted before management is ready to close significant new 3G licenses?

I am expecting some real progress on 3G licensing in the near term (i.e. coming months). Otherwise, if current management can't provide progress in 3G licensing, shareholders can find new leaders who will.

IMO, management should begin to deliver significant new 3G licenses in a timely manner.
