I don't know, but maybe someone else that does will step up and provide an answer for you.

I see where it was mentioned for being PR-ed on a Fri, Mar 09, 2007 for negotiations for the sale of the MB3 Race Team Division, but I never came across any info, filings, or PRs to confirm what happened for closure of that activity.

Again, maybe one of the longer termed shareholders know something of what happened to such.
