pietro....i certainly agree with what you have said.....the complaining is here is chronic....BUT....

look at this from the other side....Pinkie stocks in general have a horrible reputation....they are a day-traders and flippers paradise....

beyond that....most companies....regardless of the market in which they "go public" (i.e., NASDAQ, NYSE, etc.), generally experience an IMMEDIATE, upward spike in PPS and then settle into a level indicated by finances, performance and expectation...

here, we have NOT seen that.....instead, we have witnessed an immediate drop.....regardless of all the "superlatives" we hear about the company......and, i think most people find that disappointing....

as for myself.....i have only a very modest investment in this....$5500....323m shares.....017 cost average....

but, i would have been a lot happier had we not been stuck looking at .007-.008 shortly after going public.....it would have been nice to see .04 or .05 so, i could take out my original investment and let the rest of the shares sit and wait for long term developments....

heck....even yourself.....with a gazillion shares.....wouldn't it have been nice to reclaim a substantial portion of your working capital and watch your other "three quarters of a gazillion shares" increase in value over time.....

so, i can understand the griping.....and, i will say that you have more confidence than i.....maybe because i've seen too many good ideas go to hell because they were bungled via any of a variety of circumstances....

have a god day.....and, have a good time on your trip to Floria....let us know how the new muffler/exhaust system works.... :)
