"Huff turned out to be a poor manager and trusted the wrong people (Joe M.),"
Of course you have no idea, as to what else Huff did wrong, or the depth of his involvement in the charges the SEC has now brought against the company. We do know Huff led the company into the situation it finds itself in now, and the greatest loss in shareholder value in the history of the company.
"but he did have the vision to secure the two technologies (HotZone & Sanswire)"
Yes two technologies, that after years, have their own history of failure now, and have never brought a nickel of profit to the company or shareholders.
"technologies which have the potential to move this company forward...
Ah yes.... "potential", didn't Centerline have "potential", what about magic money? How about the German network or the Russian deal, didn't they all have "potential"? Isn't it easy to want to forget all the "other" wonderful things Mr. Huff brought to the company.
What an appropriate title for the legacy of what Tim Huff did to this company.... "He had Potential"
"Keep counting your chickens . . ."
You mean as in "before they are hatched". Of course, that's the "only" way you can count on anything from this company.
