Just another question from the newbie...well 2

1. The other day a guy came in and talked about buying 400K of ECFL, ppl said that would take the rest of the shares, if he bought and held, what would happen if there were "no more shares" because all the longs had them and were not selling?

and finally, 2. what do you condider a long? 1 week, 1 day, or at least ________! I'm thikng anything over 1 day but may be wrong, just looking for opinions.
