Good morning all, I talked to the Mr. Razzeca on thursday afternoon, He called me back from a Message that I left the other day , Wanted to give you all the basics to the conversation.
1st , about the full mailbox , explained to him that it seemed to be full, alot of investers were tring to contact Heritage through these means. He told me that they are aware of this matter and it is a problem with the service or some other routing issue , they are not sure yet but it is being addressed. He assured me tho that the mail box is NOT full and that they do understand that they are being sent back with the 'error message ' It will be taken care of ASAP:
2nd, Questioned if the Pre- closer to the 1st loan has been complete , He seemed to be a little confused to this inquirey , I reminded him that Ms. Johnson stated at shareholder meeting that Precloser would be complete 3-5 days and that 1st loan should be complete by years end as per all the pr's . ( Nothing new here ) He was taking down notes as I could hear this over the phone , He stated that He himself just got back fron the NY Expo and he himself has been tied up in the process of the new Low comerical package that Heritage is offering. He said that he would need to discuss this information with Ms. Johnson as he was not sure as to the status of the pre closer.
3rd, I inquired to the fact that the company still was on target to complete the loan by years end and if the company did still in fact have the capital to get them through the next 45 days... untill the loan should be complete. He stated that nothing has changed to infur anything other than that
--- I deeply explained to him the concern , that I myself have , and that I'm sure ALOT of other investers have to this REALLY happening... Fact being that this time last year the company was saying that the 1st loan would be closed by the beginning of 07, never happened... I assured him that I myself have confiense towards the Future, point being that the owership themselves have alot of their own money riding on this.
4th, I inquired as to the wording in the last PR refuring to " Conduit lenderS , asking that , Before it was lender , now its lenders, was this meaning that there now is more than one leder. He said that with the new packages that are being offered and with the new ones that are planned it has opened then up to many differant lending agentices
He told me that he wished that they could tell the public who the lenders were but for verious reasons the lenders have the say on that , right now he wanted me to know that everything seems to be on track. I expressed to him that at this time for their company it might be a good idea to keep the public updated on everything that is happening , every little step because alot of talk has been coming from management and if this is not followed through with that the interest in their stock will be negitive zero. I explained to him that I myself will wait till the deadlines that the company has set for themselves ,but if they do not follow throu that I , and many others will jump ship.
