Whether people are placing a $1,000 investment of $400,000 investment in a company to hold for long-term purposes, the accumulation of shares will greatly affect the overall stock price in my opinion. Company's like ECFL need long-term investors that will minimize the amount of price manipulation. On days like today with 150 million shares traded, it would be interesting to see how many shares were flipped and how many are in possession that are being held for a longer term investment than a quick flip. It is still interesting to me how the completion of a merger could be a negative for a shell company.

On a side note, it is great to see that we ended the week green from the start of the week. I hope that anticipation of the conference call and actual results will bring all of the longs in ECFL great rewards. I just hope that the outstanding shares of the company are not greatly affected by the reverse merger, especially now that we have a viable product to associate with ECFL.
