thanks GEO.... i've tried to argue this with samgp before... but he still makes these claims.... sure if the bid/ask uptick or downtick...but then thats a totally diferent story...because they everyone else is in the same boat.

You buy at the ask...and sell at the bid.... period. If you get anything in-between or above... its because the bid/ask moved to take your order... mm make money on the spread..thats their job...
