Not sure who here could know the answer to that, poker. The specific share structure and merger exchange rate are still up in the air. I will say that I'll bet anyone here that it won't be a straight 1:1 exchange for free trading shares, current Paivis shares for TCHH shares, at $1.30 each. I strongly believe there will either be strings attached like a restriction period on the TCHH preferred shares or a share adjustment based on the valuation process. Just my opinion.
