-----48 HOUR MYSTERY----
since the announcement of the COMPLETED merger, this stock has taken a dip and then tumbled on down. Yes, I forsaw the 1st dip (profit-taking) but I also expected it to gap premarket the other day on merger news, which it didn;t. I don;t get it. Yes, the SEC hasn't officially listed it yet (5-7days), but the wording in the PR said 'cpmpleted' merger.
Today's action was just unpredictable. Especially since 2pm when the PR came out, you would expect a little more buying than shown.
Next week the conference call will be key. Anyone know how the company posts about the conference call in a PR? Or how do we know what they talked about besides hearing 'unaccauately from other memebrs'?
I'll admit I sold some today, amid the panic. I only wish Scottrade allowed a stop limit order. I made some profit, but not much. This next week's conference call should assure investors that the company is legit and they are a solid business.
I don't care what the financials or share constraint currently is but if everything is approved in writing and a decent plan is outlined in the CC, this stock should be in the pennied EASILY. You just don't see stocks with full business models and ACTUAL stores trading in the .000's.
Also, the Website looks good and shows significant progress everyday. Hopefully they add pics to the BIOS and sign some of the leases with addresses provided.
..and like ENIMUS, I am also 20yrs old and willing to risk a some grand learning the penny stock market and why I should not invest in it when I'm older--lol--the truth though. Congrats on the 10K victory, but I have been up big before too and I was a PIG and pigs never win.
personally, I think we must see a lower volume day 2morrow with a minor initial dip and a leveling off .
Come Monday, anyone whose has done some DD will realize that unless the conference call never happens or nothing is stated, this stock is way undervalued based on its current stores/potential.
PS: Phil, did Dez warn you to sell some, b/c he knew of a big dropoff?
