The brokers have to replace our shares with bonafide shares.
If there are a billion out there then that's what will be needed, if there are less then there are less the billion is an arbitrary number as far as I am concerned. Megas says he doesn't know how many. he made an attempt to guage the number with the lawsuit so I think he has a good idea how many he could issue and transfer to T/A if he wanted to.
I just don't understand why he doesn't do it since that seems to me to be the logical route to resolve this.
He can let market forces deal with naked shorts.
