well, that's tough to discern. if Megas is offering shares "FOR SALE" to the brokers to cover all our shares - naked shorted and all - and he gets that money and increases the O/S to who-knows-how-high, like well over a billion, my deep concern then would be him then hitting us with a brutal reverse split.

In effect, Megas saying, "Sure I'll sell you all the shares you need to cover your short, then pocket the money for myself & BCIT, just keep expanding the O/S, then I'll just reverse split this back down to a small O/S. Easy as pie."

if megas is waiting for more brokers to come to him and buy shares, then we have a CEO problem imo.
