Don't feel bad about your job. I am a Dir of IT and I have had calls come in all day with computer network problems. I tell them I am working on a ECARFLY and must fix it first. They think it's a computer acronym. I unboxed a new printer on the first floor and have had it sitting in the box all morning with 7 people needing to print. I will get to it :)
