Hoping its not dilution for the two buys they are working on. Otherwise its pure manipulation to get out of the shorts as fast as they can. I believe they know they cannot strike twice on crooked antics with the same company. they would be asking for to much trouble. Plus the conversion to Preferred shares may not allow for much loop holes...

their time is coming for a big hurt unless they do something soon.
