philghunt, yesterday, you said that you would be in contact with the company throughout the day. Did you talk with them today?

With the stock going as well as it did today, I would not have put the pr out either. I think that they may wait till this stock sees a drop. They need to keep the faith of investors this time and as soon as people start to see this stock drop, they will lose faith just like last time. IMO

I will hope for tomorrow, and then the pr mentioning the merger on thursday or friday. I can't see the SEC taking all that long to okay the merger.
