Japbrat, I agree with what you are saying. When I said: "GTEM always had Magic Money...it just disappears with nothing to show for. LOL" It wasn't meant to mean they had the Magic Money Stored Value Card.
It was meant that their money magically seems to disappear. I also believe Joe was the fall guy. When Globetel acquired Centerline wasn't it their responsibility to check the books for accuracy before they made the purchase?
Globetel didn't clear their name with the Amex, the Class action lawsuit, comments by Seth, Byron, SEC and Joe M. You have to honestly ask yourself, could all these people be right.
If it looks like a scam, acts like a scam, it is most likely a scam.
If you look back to Sunbiz: Globetel Magic Inc. which was dissolved just after the SEC announced its investigation (9-15-2006) It appears that most of the same people are now involved in Gotham Financial:
