you are right about the float. perhaps it means the brola's own 200M shares? that is 5% of the company, and would be reported to the sec if it is in one person's name. althought they are insiders, so it should be reported anyway.

further, if the float has been reduced by 18%, that means we are due for a rise in share price on that alone.
