WRII can't add shares to the market because of the private placement of shares (i.e. the REGDEX) they filed back in August. The private investor they sold those shares to can't sell his shares for at least 1 year. Typically, when companies do this, they've sold about 90% or more of all their shares to this private investor.

If you haven't figured the market out yet, here's a great tip: the market moves on hype...not charts or numbers or outstanding shares or whatnot. So, in this case, if everyone keeps playing this stock down, it will go down.

I'm surprised you guys haven't figured this out yet. WRII is in a market that has a lot of growth potential, not just in the US, but internationally as well.
