At this time, I doubt he is or he would not be hiding, but that is not to say that there will not be a real savior in the future to buy this shell and bring assets into it. If this happens, I am guessing it will take 6 months minimum to settle all claims so that a new guy would feel safe to buy the shell and add assets. So, if you bought shares at .0001, just "set 'em and forget 'em." It will likely take a while if anything at all happens to resurrect this company.
