I agree that this is very good news provided the company does well. If that happens the implication is rather that the company will receive about 40 million dollars at some time in the future since RH will of course excercise the options if that is financially rewarding. The excercise price suggests that he expects a big rise in the stock price, which should be reassuring. If prospects are dim which some of the resident bashers seem to think it is more or less an exercise in futility.
