well there is multiple reasons which would result in paragraphs of info but I'll give it to you short and sweet.

A large position of the company has been shorted all the way down to .0001, second, Pawson (terminated CEO) liquidated the stock with over 6 billion shares ( still not exactly known the number of a/s and o/s). Real estate market has been quite brutal and most of the company's money is tied up in lawsuits.
