Overall, I like the proposed interview format. The added interaction is nice. However, it seems all that interaction is too much for a 30 minute interview. He needs them to be at least 45 minutes... probably an hour. Taking phone calls and IMs (and moderating everything) just seems like it will take longer than 30 minutes...

Matt could probably pull it off though regardless of the time allotted.. :)
