This not being able to get the proxy out in a timely manner is utter incompetence at its worse, how long have they known that they needed a proxy report in English? I cannot wait for this buyout to happen so that I can take my profits and go elsewhere, I darn shore do not want these incompetent clowns managing any future company I am invested in.
