That is true. But they knew all that before they set up the meeting. If they need to postpone the meeting, they need to let us know. A credible discussion of why would help, of course.

I hold out hope that the meeting, with BOD members present, will be held on the 9th. They need to quash that hope, or announce the proxy's availability and provide a meeting confirmation with BOD members present.
