Cal-Bay has a reported number of property's in Carlsbad as well as their office in oceanside which are extremely close to the San Diego Wild Fires this past week. Some of these properties may have been damaged or lost which means cal-bay would recover an Insurance Premium on those property's lost (If they were in the area) I'm not sure of the exact addresses of these properties but it would be something interesting to do a little HW on.
Also the court date that Cal-Bay was suppose to attend in SD county have all been canceled to the ongoing fires. It will be interesting to see the outcome, which we will probably find out sometime mid-November.
Due to the recent volume activity (although it is drying up), it usually indicates that too many investors know that the company is worth more that what it is and are buying below the value line; Frontier line. I rarely trade penny stocks but when I see an opportunity I take advantage of it.
