I'm baffled.

The only thing I can think of is that they are
waiting for the symbol change at NASDAQ.

In the meantime, they pull the bids and see what comes
out...is my guess. If it is going higher, it really
doesn't matter to them what the near-term price is...
it just affects end-of-day mark-to-market values, not
the end-result a month from now.

As far as the number of shares, and where it all
went, I have no idea. We can surmise that the
Wyoming group did a takeover of some kind, but how
they did it, your guess is as good as mine.
