Dear Cole, Sam and others appropriate for this message.

"There is nothing this company should say about anything whatsoever about anything regarding any division or holding or management or financial or funding or lease or commitment to a darn thing to anyone on this planet unless it is released through an 8K, or other appropriate SEC approved vehicle, or a publicly distributed PR, not leaked in advance to ANYONE, including potential investors as funders, inside investors, friends, family, etc...WE NEED TO SHUT THIS DOWN!"

Conveniently, Cole, you saved this. I am glad you did. Because, as I knew you would, took it out of complete context for your's and your tag team minion Sam's convenience.

This quote of mine, which I do not deny, was in a thread context having to do with disclosure of inside information to inside investors and hedge funds, who up until that point were privy to stuff we commoners were not.

And I still stand by that.

Now. AS to a level playing field. I am a common shareholder with balls of steel. I ask questions, hunt for answers, ask for meetings with principles in stocks I am invested in...go to their offices, talk to employees, show up at annual SHM, and listen to the naysayers. I post the results of my opinions and observations openly for all to criticize. I don't ask for any kudos, nor do I expect them. I expect to be pounded...and I have.

But Cole and Sam...I don't care.

I'll continue to tell whatever I can whenever it is told to me to my fellow shareholders. And I'll be damned if I give a hoot what you two, or Joe say about it.

Just some food for your thoughts:

How many meetings go unreported by fund managers and hedge-fund managers to common shareholders in any stock? These groups spend hours and hours with IR and CEO's as well as directors... do we ever even get their DD??

The answer is no.

I have been forthright in reporting answers to questions as honestly as I can recall. If I have erred in those responses, I have yet to be corrected.

Cole...

You did not answer my questions..

regards,

m
