If anything, my experience in this market tells me that IF, this wasnt on the level we would have been back a no bid awhile ago.

I can tell you this as well, the guy who sold the 9 million blocks last week *cough* MOMO *cough* TPL will be kicking themselves when that have to pay .0002 or .0003 to reload instead of .0001's
