What amazes me is how often and in so many different venues that simple principle works.
My wife voluteers as a chaperone for the local Youth Center's Friday night dances. Before she arrived and helped install a strict policy and STRICTLY ENFORCED it, the event was very problematic for all involved and only attracted a few dozen kids each weekend. Now they have few difficulties and play to a packed house every Friday. The kids are actually having more fun and the local police claim even the juvenile crime rate is down on Friday nights!
