I just called the phone number for NASDAQ given by Sony and they confirmed that they do issue the symbols for pink sheet stocks and that jennifer whats her name works there. What the hell would be the purpose in lying about that anyway? Like lying about a new stock symbol would make the price go up? Seems a stretch.
