False Information Again: Do Your Due Diligence

Again, Sonystyle posts false information that leads investors astray. The information concerning a Jennifer Fainer at NASDAQ is a false viral urban myth that pink sheet hucksters have been using for the last decade to defraud investors.
Call Nasdaq at ask for a Jennifer Fainer, and you will find out that she doesn't exist. Better yet, use the telephone no. that Sonystyle posted earlier and you will find out that it will lead you to a dead end.
As a I said in my earlier post, including a link to the NASDAQ FAQ site, NASDAQ does not process stock symbols for pink sheets. Each marketplace - the NYSE, NASDAQ, the American Stock Exchange, Pink Sheets LLC and others - allocates symbols for companies within its purview, working closely to avoid duplication. A symbol used for one company cannot be used for any other, even in a different marketplace.
If Integrity Aircraft wants a new ticker symbol, then it applies to Pink Sheets LLC -- NOT NASDAQ. If Mr. Van Dyke is applying for a Pink Sheet ticker symbol from Nasdaq, then he is definitely not someone that needs to be running a company, or flying an airplane.
