Will it be necessary to take you to task every time you start in on people?

1. As MMMARY will tell you, she is smarter than everyone else. So smart in fact that she can tell that a stock can go in the toilet just because it's already down 75%+. this makes anyone with even a smidgen of hope for a turnaround a fool and therefore a free target of whatever abuse she sees fit to dispense.

2. Her basic position is that ALL OTC-BB issue are scams and doomed to bankruptcy. All officers of said companies are con men fleecing the public. All promoters of OTC-BB issues are also con men and are working in concert with the crooked CEO's to rob the small investor of his or her hard earned money.

3. ALL persons purchasing stock in OTC-BB companies are idiots and in need of her advice in order to avoid being "taken" by the aforementioned "criminals". That she dispenses this advice to persons already invested in the company, and usually down a significant amount is not a deterrent to her crusade. Any attempt at seeing the light at the end of the tunnel will be met with derision and scorn from the almighty goddess of anti-stock fraud.

4. She will not acknowlege or admit to her long term attachment to known short sellers who profit from the decline in an issues value as her campaign progresses. It has even been postulated that she may actually work FOR those she speaks most vehemently against since it is they who benefit most from her efforts.

5. There is no method or device too low for her to explore. If she can obtain your private information she will post it publicly, no matter who you are. Never, EVER, click on her personal website.

6. Prior to her role as IHUB's most hated basher, her previous web experience was that of Porn Queen. As for investment experience, she admits to having bought a few of the issues she bashes in small odd lots for the sole purpose of attending shareholder meeetings to harrass company officers.

7. In almost two years worth of posting and well in excess of 10,000 posts I have yet to see her say anything good about a OTC-BB company, it's officers or shareholders. It has been alleged that while sucking up to get a position at one company she did speak highly of it, but unfortunately those posts were deleted by Yahoo after her vindictive excesses that followed when she did not get the position she desired.

8. This crusade seems to have started when she was dumped by a boyfriend. in seeking retribution she decided to trash the public company he managed. she must have enjoyed the experience, she's been at it ever since.

9. She is apparently allowed free reign here at IHUB because she possesses an early draft of the business plan hacked from the site during the early days of it's beta testing. It seems the threat of her publicly releasing this information forces Matt to allow her to continually abuse people without fear of reprisal.

10. Be careful when battling her as she will attempt to bait you into TOU violations and force Matt to terminate your account.

I wish all users of IHUB and especially those that frequent the threads she haunts the best of luck in dealing with this plague that has been visited upon you.
