AHHHHHHHHH, Very good point. I don't mind dilution in anyway shape or form when it comes to building something special. If I see 1/2 acre piece of land for sale at 250,000 and right next to it I see another 1/2 acre for sale at 1,000,000, I need to ask why but at the same time look into it. Why is this lot 750,000 dollars more then the one right next to it. Once I find out and have a feeling I can turn this 250,000 lot into 1 million I'll call the bank ask to borrow money. I've got the credit and resources. It's a gamble but if I can make 200-400k out of it, I'm ok. Its borrowed money right? If I lose the bank loses. If CMTN is diluting and nothing comes about shareholders lose right? I have know problem with this if I believe money can be made.
