but the thing is, how is the company going to raise money if dilution is coming in and the stock price does not recover. that is one of the reason they went public was to raise money and you can not do it when it's dropping every day to new lows. the dilution needs to be stopped or the company will have no way to raise money or they will have to dilute tons of shares into the market to do it..you might be buying cheap shares, but dilution is going to ruin you and the company and that's what usually happens to a lot of pinks..i am sure you do not want to see that happen..
