What still alludes me is the reason for the forward split scenario.. I know the price was at .0001 so obviously that would substantially increase the market cap but nobody would have bought the shares imo 50billion does not inspire trust. Now, Rizvi then piles 330$k into this after his coup d'etat failed when he tried the 10$ asset move to lenox corp. So, why try a forward split before, what would he gain if after he is prepared to put that sort of $ into the company...My point is this; The forward split looks like a Pawson move (from all accounts) but 330$k looks like a stone cold honest to goodness hostile takeover by Rizvi.. It is a sort of non sequitar in that the actions do not match the objective or premise. Why, when he bought the company originally would he do the forward split and why after obtaining the company would he want to do the forward split? (because obviously he would be diluting the crap out of his own investment) weeeeee headspinner. :0) ALL answers on a postcard purlease
